On November 13, the "2024 China International Emergency Management Exhibition," hosted by the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management, officially opened at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. ZTE and Caltta showcased their emergency industry innovation solutions and latest products under the theme "Strategies for Emergency, Foundations for Peace."
Wang Xiangxi, Party Secretary and Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, accompanied by Vice Ministers Xu Jiaai and Zhou Tian, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the National Mine Safety Administration Huang Jinsheng, and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the China Earthquake Administration Wang Kun, visited the booth. ZTE's President of Government and Enterprise Business Zhang Yu and Vice President Xue Ying attended the booth. ZTE Vice President Hu Xuemei introduced ZTE and Caltta's emergency industry solutions such as the large unmanned helicopter emergency rescue platform, 370MHz command communication network, emergency command video dispatch, highly resistant base stations, comprehensive urban safety risk monitoring and early warning, forest fire emergency response, smart mining emergency response, and water conservancy flood prevention and disaster reduction.
In the emergency field, Caltta offers a full range of emergency communication products, including narrowband trunking, broadband trunking, public network trunking, emergency communication vehicles, and emergency command system, thanks to its deep technical foundation and market insight. The exhibition highlighted emergency communication solutions such as the 370MHz PDT trunking system, on-site emergency communication system, and unmanned helicopter emergency communication system.
The 370MHz wireless communication network, an essential part of the emergency communication network, adopts the principles of "combining fixed and mobile, integrating broadband and narrowband, and integrating public and private," to meet the needs for voice, positioning, data transmission, and other services in various emergency scenarios. The Caltta 370MHz PDT trunking base station uses advanced SDR technology, offering advantages of high efficiency, low power consumption, and miniaturization, which help reduce the lifecycle cost of network operation and maintenance.
The Caltta on-site mobile communication system addresses the challenges of unified command and coordination of multiple rescue teams under extreme conditions such as "power outage, network outage, and road blockages." The rescue equipment features miniaturization, quick deployment, vehicle-mounted or backpack portability, and mobility.
The 370MHz integrated PDT Trunking Base Station TBS6000M, designed with a highly integrated concept, is lightweight and portable, easy to move; it supports multiple power supply modes including built-in battery power, AC power, and DC power; it starts with one button for quick network setup; built-in public network backhaul module facilitates networking; it meets the communication needs of all emergency scenarios.
The self-organizing network systems (narrowband SmartLink600, broadband sMesh750/390/150) can quickly set up wireless communication networks in complex scenarios without relying on external networks. The P300 backpack base station is a broadband multimedia private network system based on LTE technology developed for backpack applications. The GH900 multimode terminal supports various modes such as PDT narrowband digital trunking, LTE broadband digital trunking, and wide-area intercom. The PDT trunking explosion-proof walkie-talkies PH990Ex/PH690Ex, and the 5G explosion-proof terminal NH970Ex provide safe and reliable communication guarantees for safe production and fire rescue.
Caltta offers an emergency command rescue plan that integrates front and rear command. The portable three-screen emergency command box iCS C500a, deployed at disaster sites, operates independently in isolated environments, achieving integration and interconnection of on-site communication systems and unified dispatch. In the rear command center, the iDS integrated communication platform is deployed, which integrates rear communication systems, removes communication barriers between multiple departments, and achieves coordinated linkage with the front command center through public network/satellite links.
Caltta addresses the needs for rapid recovery and ensuring communication for emergency rescue teams and affected people under "three interruptions" extreme conditions through the development of the "large payload long-endurance unmanned helicopter emergency communication system." This system, carried by unmanned helicopters, integrates Caltta's PDT trunking private network, Mesh self-organizing network, and public network and satellite relay equipment. It provides comprehensive communication guarantees, complete emergency command support, and full disaster situation awareness for the general public and emergency rescue teams at the "three interruptions" sites. The system was effective in disaster rescue in Huludao, Shaoguan, and Hainan Mojie this year.
